MyPhones - Volume Limiting Headphones for Children

Griffin turned their design team loose on a very important segment of the headphone audience: our kids. MyPhones has circuitry built in to limit the volume that our kids' ears are exposed to.

MyPhones are built to cap volume at 85 decibels, the maximum sustained volume level recommended by many regulatory agencies, including OSHA and the CDC. Most doctors and other experts agree that the best way to protect kids' hearing is to limit both the volume and how long kids are allowed to listen. (An hour or two at most is a good idea.)
